The round timber construction with a lot of Swiss stone pine wood from the Davos area is unique. In this rustic ambience the popular delicacies from Grisons cannot be lacking. Thomas Schraemli is a passionate chef and cultivates the Grisons cuisine with a lot of commitment – naturally freshly prepared.

The menu not offers regional delicacies. We offer our guests a free choice between half board and breakfast only. “Breakfast only” includes a comprehensive buffet with regional products. Our half board arrangement includes a diversified four course dinner.

Vegetarians are welcome, too. The head of the business, who gathered his experience in various highly reputed hotels and restaurants, is all ears for your special reguests and suggestions.

A well-assorted wine list and a small assortment of spirits complete our range.

A big sunny terrace (120 seats) with a beautiful view towards the Tinzenhorn and a children’s corner supplement our restaurant.
